Scheduled trial period: 2 weeks. April 6th - 23rd 2011.

Trial goal: Significantly reduce algae to a minimum in the water fixture at the hotel's main entry.

Note: The water fixture does not have a filtration system and has to be vacuumed every other day, due to algae
build-up.

A P160 water conditioner was installed on a 6" PVC pipe, before the circulation pump.

Field Conclusion

Algae reduction: The algae reduced by over 90%.

Water clarity: The increased clarity was noticeable within 3 days.

Maintenance: The hotel completely stopped vacuuming the water fixture!

Estimated Return on Investment due to maintenance cost savings: 6-12 months.
